Booking Calendar
A distinction is made between "request" and "booked" - with inquiries, the time period is only reserved for a few days until the booking is completed.
A booking begins at 4:00 p.m. on the first day at the earliest and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the last day at the latest; an overlap of bookings means that the final cleaning takes place between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Pricelist
The house is rented on a daily basis with a minimum rental period of 7 days (unless there is a shorter gap between bookings). The daily price depends on the season. All prices in euros including taxes. Please enquire by email for times outside those listed in the table.

Rental Conditions
Minimum rental period is 7 days (exceptions: personal agreement or gap filler). Regardless of the number of days you book, a final cleaning is required, which costs €150.00. In addition, a deposit of €200.00 must be transferred before departure, which will be transferred back after the end of the rental period.
For cleaning one set of bed linen, bathtowel, handtowel and beach towel, we charge a one-off €15.00 per person for laundry, as these are professionally washed before each change of tenant.
Starter firewood (only season C, X) is included in the rental price. In addition, the usual and always necessary items for the kitchen are available: sugar, salt, flour, spices, etc. You will receive a comprehensive manual in PDF format by email before your arrival.
The house is available to you from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask that you leave the house by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Parking on the beach road is currently not permitted.
Payment Conditions
A deposit of 25% of the total rental price is due within 5 working days of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining payment plus deposit must be paid 14 days before departure.
Refund in case of cancellation: up to 60 days before departure: 100%, 59-30 days: 50%, less than 30 days: no refund.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
